Refund policy

I have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, and in its original packaging.   The buyer will be responsible for any shipping returned purchases.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact me immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that I can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like custom products.  Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Exchanges
I don't really offer exchanges.  If you're really not happy with your purchase, please contact me and we can talk about it.

Refunds
I've never had to issue a refund.  But if you're so inclined to want a refund, We can discuss it.  Again, on custom orders, I'm not able to provide any refunds.
